Without existing plans, we measured and drafted functional floor plans, offering various design options within urban regulations. The original porch was transformed into an expanded kitchen with a large sliding window and entrance door. Hallway walls were removed to create an open flow between the kitchen and living area. The spacious layout improves ventilation, while modern fixtures and finishes refresh the space. The washing machine was relocated to a storage room for efficiency. The pool deck was extended and retiled, with a new pergola and built-in BBQ area enhancing the outdoor living experience.
