We work with the client to deliver creative design solutions while keeping regulations into account. We collaborate with professional structural engineers and licensed architects in order to obtain the proper building licenses.
McSwell Studio works together with the contractor to build according to project plans. We have a technical architect to ensure the quality of the project and a project manager who negotiates budget and modification orders.
