McSwell Studio collaborates with the client to develop the initial architectural design. Together, we work with licensed architects (depending on the zone of construction), local engineers and technical architects that oversee the construction process. McSwell Studio communicates and negotiates change orders to the local contractor chosen by the client based on the most suitable bid. We make sure that the highest level of detail is taken into consideration.
