This custom-designed single-string staircase features tropical wood treads, a glass safety wall, textured wall tiles, and solar-powered LED backlighting. The space becomes dynamic and fun through a combination of carefully selected outdoor furniture and a distinctive hand-painted wall mural by McSwell.
Sunken Pool and BBQ Pit
The pool area boasts an automatic sliding hard cover, custom-tiled bar stools, and a sunken barbecue and kitchen zone beneath an elegant wooden pergola. Also included is a fireplace with integrated grill, built-in seating, a hot tub, and garden landscaping.
Built-In Garden Seating and BBQ
Custom designed concrete barbecue area featuring wood seating and cabinetry, microcement countertops and removeable custom table fitted over a metal fire pit complemented with water-repellent cushions.
